Each item is designed, crafted and carefully inspected before it is shipped.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
A return is accepted when the item:
- Has not been worn or washed
- Is clean and undamaged
- Has all original tags still attached
Items with removed or detached labels cannot be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
How to Return
- Carefully pack the item.
- Use the enclosed returnform to send your item(s) back to us in the original package.
Return Costs
Each product page includes detailed size information in centimeters to help you choose with confidence. For this reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or if the delivery is incorrect, we will of course cover the return costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
