All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Orders placed before 18:00 (on business days) are shipped the same day. During public holidays or periods of exceptional demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 1–2 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over € 200,-. For orders below € 200,- a standard shipping fee applies (visible during checkout). International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Within the EU, no import duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
