You are entitled to a product that meets reasonable expectations based on quality and normal use. Warranty applies provided the item has been used and cared for in accordance with the washing and care instructions stated on the label and in the product information. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under warranty.
YOGAWINE’s liability is limited to the amount of the respective order, unless there is intent or gross negligence. We always aim to find a fair and appropriate solution that reflects the quality we stand for.
