Here you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about ordering, shipping, returns, payments and service.

ORDER

No. You can order at YOGAWINE without creating an account by using our guest checkout. Creating an account is optional and allows you to check out faster in the future and view your order history.

Select your preferred size and color on the product page and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your order securely. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after successful payment.

Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may use our return process.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with all order details immediately after completing your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

YOGAWINE ships from the Netherlands to the Netherlands, Belgium and selected international destinations. Available countries are automatically displayed during checkout.

Orders placed before 18:00 are shipped the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. International delivery times depend on the destination country.

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium:
– Free shipping on orders over €200
– A standard shipping fee applies below €200 (visible at checkout)

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

No. We only ship items that are in stock. Your order will always be sent in one shipment.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

RETURNS

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Yes. We ship to selected international destinations.

Within the EU, no import duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT or customs charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. We work exclusively with certified and secure payment providers. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

If your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@yogawine.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your order number and clear photos.

Yes. You are entitled to a product that meets the reasonable expectations you may have.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or incorrect care are not covered.
